It's a nekomata, which is in MegaTen games, but is nowhere near exclusive to them and that design is in none of them.

The closest I can find is the design in the original Shin Megami Tensei, but that one doesn't have the forked tail. (Which is weird, because a nekomata is defined by the short tail, but whatever.)

Not sure linking it is even a good idea...
