I traded an Unown for it. You can't catch Unown in X or Y, but I didn't really care, because a) if I need one again for whatever reason, I can just nab one from my HeartGold game and b) it's an Unown.

Y'know what's weird? Cascoon can show up in a Poison Friend Safari, but Silcoon can't show up in a Bug Friend Safari. Beautifly does instead.
