General Chat! [v6]

We had some ice last night but, fortunately, there wasn't as much as they said we'd get. It's now snowing.

I had lots of ice and snow last night, but none tonight.  

Once again the mere threat of impending winter weather has canceled school all round DC.

After today's snow day, we have a two hour delay tomorrow.

I'm off tomorrow so I'm going to be all alone...

That's not a bad thing! Being home alone is wonderful!

I'm going to say headphones are key to dealing with younger siblings you don't want to comminucate with at the moment.

Anyway, when I looked at the amount of snow (I bunk in the basement, so I don't usually see the light), I was actually very surprised about the snow day, especially because my principal doesn't usually give snow days. Guess it's because of the ice, but there didn't seem to be much trouble when I went to my dad's house...so we likely have school tomorrow.

I don't think I've ever seen that movie, at least, not all of it... :shrug:
