yes we have a PM system, and I have a welcome message in my inbox, which is what I think caprizant is thinking of changing

Or I could make you one. It'd have to be hand-drawn (of which it would be in my art style, which is quite crude) or sprited (which would mean it would be out of sprites or provided backgrounds).
