Yesterday, when I had to go around and change my passwords.

Well, I only changed avatar once there recently, from the Red Inactive Until Xmas cross back to Wartortle. It took me a while to do it, since it came broken all the time. I managed to make it sometime. 

Zima also had problems with hers, she told me.

Since I rarely change avatars at this point, I am not well aware of the issues, but they sure exist.

I haven't changed mine in months because I'm not active enough.
