No idea why this hasn't been mentioned yet, but:

Mario Kart coming out May
DS games coming to Wii U virtual consoles
Near Field Communications will be used in games being revealed at e3
Nintendo is working on unwearable fitness technology(no idea what this means as they say its going to be something new/innovative)
There's going to be a 'flexible pricing' plan where the more games you buy regularly, or get others to buy, the more you save
Account data being moved to the cloud is going to be a thing

Interesting that DS games are going to Wii U virtual console instead of 3DS. Guess they're doing that to try and sell more Wii U consoles?

Why do people feel the need to bash Nintendo?   

They're the ones behind Mario, Zelda, and helped Game Freak with Pokémon! I don't understand this at all!   

IMO, they just haven't made the best home consoles lately.

I like the Wii, and it was quite revolutionary with the motion controls and stuff, but it was a bit outclassed by the PS3 and Xbox 360, mainly because it didn't have the same performance capabilities of those two.

One big example for me of this was Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. This was the game that made me want to get a Wii since I heard that the motion controls let you control the lightsabers. I liked it, but it wasn't quite what I expected...

Another thing was that, in the strategy guide I had for Force Unleashed, it showed that the PS3 and 360 versions had more levels....... So yeah, they cut a bit of the game for the Wii.... No idea why, but it really disappointed me when I saw that...

I think the main reason why the Wii U isn't doing well now is because everyone thinks it's just a bigger Wii with a touch pad. They think it doesn't have the same quality as the PS4 and Xbox 1.

I don't give a flying fuck about performance, to be honest.

I grew up with Nintendo more than Sony or Microsoft. The first consoles and handhelds I had were the SNES/Nintendo 64 and the Game Boy/Game Boy Color. To me, Nintendo's worth more than the other two.
