Do you have Tinnitus? Some of the symptoms you mentioned sounded like tinnitus but then some of them didn't. (I have tinnitus so I was using my own as a gauge and there could be parts of it that I don't have)

I've had ringing in my ears for quite a long time now but it was quiet enough I didn't notice it enough to care, though it's especially bad in my right ear now along with my other symptoms. No official diagnosis yet though, I still need to set up the appointment to see the specialist.

I stumbled across this stuff completely by chance. I can't recall how exactly, just that I was in Chrome's incognito mode. And I was curious enough to sample before I found that.

I mean the fact that you work around loud machinery could be the reason for ringing in your ears, but I've never heard of those other symptoms to go with tinnitus. The worst I've had is things feeling numb and sounding muffled for a few seconds and that rarely happens.

Well just reread the referral form I have and it says "Tinnitus of the right ear." What concerns me is that none my symptoms made sense to the general practitioner. My ear canal is clean and the ear drum looks fine.

I wouldn't know about any of that stuff unfortunately, mine's Bilateral and genetic so it can act up because of loud noises, but it wasn't caused by it.
