So after a while of not reading SDR2 for reasons of laziness, I finally started catching up on it again today. Went through all of Chapter 4, and hopefully, I'll have the last 2(?) chapters finished by this weekend (maybe a bit after the weekend depending on how busy I am).

Aaaaaaaaand finished SDR2! Really good ending!
Also, after finishing SDR2, I really want to play the Danganronpa games myself now!
The only problem with that is that I don't want to buy a Vita for just....well, one game at the moment (that might change if I hear that the other games will be released here in America for the Vita as well).

The other thing that surprised me was finding out that all the students were SHSL Despair...and that the entire island was a virtual world.
Anyway, I really liked how it developed in the last part, and how it ended! I can't wait to see more of these games!

If I remember correctly, the game should have an option to use the original Japanese voices, although the English ones don't bother me at all.

Asahina and Kirigiri have great voices from what I heard. At first I thought Monokuma's was the worst, but after awhile it seems to fit. Compared to Sakura's it's pretty damn good.
Also I say OT3 a lot but KomaHinaNami/Komahinami may be the first one I legit ship.
I wasn't a big fan of Sayaka at first, but she grew on me. This was a big contributor to that.

- Dear sweet Nanami. TT~TT I thought the "it looks like Komaeda is trying to kill the traitor but in actuality is trying to save the traitor and kill everyone else" twist was interesting. And the entire ending of chapter 5 was heartbreaking.
I remember first starting SDR2 like a day or two after finishing DR1 and thinking I would never become attached to these characters. I also remember wondering why people like Kuzuryuu because he was asshole. Needless to say, that changed as the game progressed. (Between the two, I still favor the DR1 cast more overall, but now I love them both. :3)
It's kinda conflicting; on one hand, everyone sans Nanami is murderer and did some pretty bad shit. On the other hand, to be at that low of a point in your life where any sort of attention or semblance of fitting in with others could get you do the things SHSL Despair did... I was sympathetic to all of them. (Though admittedly still not a big fan of Hanamura or Saionji.) Even Junko, despite being the one to manipulate all of them and start the whole mess.- Spoilers for DR0 Light Novel:
- As Ryouko Otonashi/without her despair fetish, she a pretty nice person. Ditzy and annoying, but nice.
