Personally, I'm really excited for one particular present this year: a Wacom Intuos Draw!  It's gonna really help me develop my art in the next year. It's hard to really practice when you can't do variable line weight or anything. It's kinda tedious. :V

I'm getting an NES mini (list price mind you) a bunch of LEGO games including dimensions expansions, and some amiibo I bought for myself to give myself.

Sadly I'm not really looking forward to the "holidays." Maybe it's because I don't really have any presents to look forward too. I've already gotten the one present I really wanted (a new iPod shuffle). Just about anything else I really want is out of everyone else's price bracket. I'll be getting a gift card or two, as well as some pocket money.

I'm also being worked hard just about round the clock. This past Tuesday I worked longer than the sun was up. Clocked in at 6:30, left at 7:30. Got a call from my boss a few hours ago asking if I'd work tomorrow morning to just after noon and I agreed. Now Saturday I do get off an hour early at 4:30, if not sooner due to lack of workflow. We've been so busy this week, though my boss expects it to slow down tomorrow afternoon as most people should be leaving town by then.

Now I am looking forward to more frozen weather. I found the ice storm to be an enjoyable challenge and thinking back to last winter, I had fun just driving to work. Maybe it's because to drive in this type of weather requires more skill. Though before I get too playful, I really want to know if it's legal to use chains in Virginia. Don't want to get myself into a situation I can't get out of.

I got a $50 gift card to Amazon, plus $120 in cash!

Got $25 from my sister, $50 from my brother, and a bunch of Transformers.

Oh, and a replacement for a shirt I wore out to hell and back.

So many PS4s!

I got a bunch of Snoopy stuff, including a Joe Cool coin bank, Joe Cool blanket, and Joe Cool figurine. Also got a bunch of movies (all three Captain America Movies, The Avengers, Ghostbusters (the new one), Spaceballs, plus some Doctor Who), the Steam cards I've already used, new shirts, socks, underwear, and a bunch of Doctor Who and Star Wars stuff (including a Doctor Who coloring book and lunch box).

And as far as giving goes, I got my older brother a yearly planner and my oldest brother a bath rug for his apartment. We also collectively got our mom an iPad mini. :B

On the topic of giving, I bought my sister Project Mira DX. She was thrilled when she unwrapped it and has been playing it nonstop since. It's an adorable little game actually.

On the flip side, I got another $50 gift card, and a $20 gift card to Dominos. I'm reconsidering putting in that Back Rack. This nicely covers most of the cost involved with getting the components, which only begs the question if I want to spend the time to get it done.

So, overall, for me it wasn't exactly a very "exciting" Christmas in terms of gifts, but I really enjoyed it anyway! I was very hyped for Christmas this year because of what I could give!

I gave Valk an iTunes gift card and some Pokémon cards with a Rayquaza keychain.
Snazz got the first Trials of Apallo book and the Good Mythical Morning 1000th episode commemorative coin.
My other sister also got a vanilla giftcard that she can spend to buy yarn, haha!
My brother got a Steam gift card from me and my dad got a World of Tanks Giftcard. (I didn't want to send something too big because they're overseas)
I got mom some earbuds and new kitchen shears!

And of course I participated in the gift giving during the Steam sale this year, and did a Secret Santa on Tumblr. I meant to do more art, but time is running low, you know?

I just learned that my sister got a cosplay accessory in the box for Project Mira, which I never expected, having paid only $30 for the game.
