I was like "holy shit, this game's in a place where Thousand-Eyes Restrict isn't banned?!" then I realized that I was looking at the Traditional Format. :P

Also interesting to note that Super Polymerization is banned. TBH, I don't see why it's banned - sure, it's a Quick-Play Fusion Spell, and it can't be stopped, but you can only use what's on the field. Both sides of the field, but that's not really useful unless you prepped your Extra Deck for what your opponent is using.

Yeah, there are Element + HERO fusions, but opinion of HEROs doesn't seem too high.
