Um...Have you ever gotten past the first two admins of either game? Holy shit, dude. Each final boss of the game is frickin' brutal.
I just recall hearing that the limited amount of Pokes was a challenge :U
- XD SPOILERS BEWARE:
- Limited 'mons indeed ADD to the challenge, but you simply can't tell me that a final DOUBLE battle, in which the boss has 6 incredibly overpowered and well-covered Shadow Pokemon (including the 3 legendary birds, each with their own special OP shadow attack), guaranteeing you a type disadvantage against EACH ENEMY (unless you yourself use shadow Pokemon, but by the final fight your team should be stable), isn't hard.
Oh yeah...Might I also mention that the game is set up so your goal isn't necessarily to DEFEAT all of Greevil's Pokemon, but CATCH them? Including three legendaries...three legendaries...in one battle? Totally a piece of cake, right? C'mon Lief, I thought you were better than this :Uluv u, no hard feelings

I want to say that there was a challenge but, uh, I can't remember any. '_'

Re: Poké Park [v5]
Could it be that Lief's skills surpass Cappy's?! Or is Lief's memory simply throwing out the anger and frustration that went along with the battle?

Nah we're just looking at it from two different perspectives. I never had any trouble in defeating Greevil, but snagging all of his Pokemon first try...that's a different story.

What's your opinion? Do you like or dislike the changes?
It's okay. Kind of odd having it like a big building, but it's still kind of cool.
Probably my favorite part was the Battle Restaurant thing. Love how you actually eat something for once! I've been wanting to see this since I first saw the restaurant in Celadon way back in Gold. *checks another thing off of the list that Omega Ruby has fulfilled on his dream Pokémon game*
Also, I feel bad for the former Game Corner owner... Talking with him made me feel sad. But it's an interesting reference as to how they no longer have game corners in Pokémon due to gambling ratings and stuff.
Edit: Oh, and Wattson was a pushover... Really starting to wonder if I'm just leveling up waaaaaaay too fast (which may be since I have the Exp Share thing), or if they really did just nerf all the gym leaders. Though, I guess having a Marshtomp and a Graveler on your team helps out a ton...

I forget what he said... And now I'm really curious as to what he said.

He talks about how people used to come there all the time and have good times, but mentions that he had to close it for "reasons you don't need to know" (most likely the PEGI rating system), then just sounds so sad and depressed... He gives you the Hoenn starter dolls after talking with him.

Re: Poké Park [v5]
Question to anyone who's played the originals, and either OR or AS (or both): Has the music been slightly disappointing in the remakes for anyone else?
I mean, don't get me wrong, I think they did a great job with this soundtrack (like the intro music, which is amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing), but.... Well, I just got to Meteor Falls, which has one of my all time favorite soundtracks in any Pokémon game:

If I recall correctly, I liked the Dive music better in 16-bit (or was it 64-bit? whatever-bit) better than the remake, but I still like it. I haven't done too much comparing yet.

Re: Poké Park [v5]
Oh, before I forget, TEAM UPDATE:
At level 35 are Lima the Swellow and Lief the Nuzleaf, and at level 36 are Solar the Beautifly, Katano the Ninjask, Cappy the Minun, Nanna the Gardevoir, Graveler (still needs a nickname, any volunteers?), and the recently evolved Swampert (also needs a nickname), and Joey the Blaziken!
Currently looking to add a Skarmory and name it Charles, and maybe a Machop (again, any volunteers?). Also planning on finding a good Mawhile since I've never had one on my team before (only able to catch them in later games in post game ways).
