Yes you can. Also Fresh Water has become my life saver, because spawn is nearwhere close to anything besides Ryan the Trader Guy. Easily crafted with just one empty bottle and one waterbottle, recipe makes two.

It is exactly how it sounds, one water bottle and one empty bottle equals two fresh waters.

After struggling to get the downloads working, I have good news, bad news, good news, and bad news.
Good news is that Optifine helped out greatly! I'm able to get great frame rate and the game runs nice and smooth (ignore the fact that I only have a small area of render to work with)!
Bad news is that I can't seem to get it to work with Pixelmon...
Good news is that I can run Pixelmon! I even have great frame rate, which, I found out with Optifine, works better if you set frame rate to unlimited (I'm guessing some of the settings I change in Optifine carried over since it was still at unlimited in my settings). Unlimited was letting me get 100+ FPS at times!
Bad news is that, despite the great frame rate...there are horrible lag spikes that completely freeze the game up with every few steps I take from chunk loading. It got so bad at one point that I was just mining and it would be freezing up and not responding every 5-10 seconds...

We should try on the server, where chunk generation is handled by the server and not the client.

That's where I was earlier... Also does it in single player sadly...
