Found this website, not sure if anyone here is looking for rl Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but this site has some of the best prices for Vanguard, and I would assume that the prices are good for Yu-Gi-Oh as well.

To sum it up:

Apoqliphort Towers, El Shaddoll Construct, and Evilswarm Exciton Knight are now banned
Graff, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss, Mathematician, Nekroz of Unicore, Ritual Beast Ulti-Cannahawk, El Shaddoll Fusion, and Reinforcement of the Army are now limited
Cir, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss is now semi-limited
Chaos Sorcerer, Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En, Spellbook of Fate, and Geargiagear are no longer on the list
Shurit, Strategist of the Nekroz is now banned from being limited
Qliphort Scout and Nekroz of Brionac are now limited from being Semi-Limited. (The former is also the first normal monster to be on the banlist at all since the pieces of Exodia. Granted, it's a Pendulum Monster, with a nice Pendulum Effect.)

Their swarming abilities makes for easy xyz summoning. The xyz monsters that Nopon uses with that deck can be brutally hard to take out...

Case in point: Number S0: Hope ZEXAL.

You can get it by overlaying 3 Number Xyz monsters of the same Rank, or by discarding a Rank-Up Spell and using a Utopia monster you have on the field, Utopic Dragon-style.

It has 1000 ATK per material it has - so probably 3000, 4000, or 9000 (presuming each Number uses two Xyz Materials; obviously and painfully it can be more) when you summon it.

You can detach an Xyz Material during your opponent's turn so that they can't activate any effects, probably shutting them down once you get it out. (Especially if they run, say, a Fusion or Ritual Deck, or a Pendulum Deck that's missing a scale.)

It's annoying and I hate it.
