If I weren't about to wrap up with Spain and tend to the welfare of France, I would probably be taking Chaos' side. But I kinda don't have the resources or troops to enter a war like that.

Don't worry, by the time we would have to fight each other (assume we would ever have to), I think Bismarck would've already been sunk. And history wouldn't completely repeat itself, the real Bismarck was hit in her rudders by a torpedo launched from a carrier Swordfish Biplane, something not possible in our game.
