As for me not getting super mystery dungeon, I was already on the fence on that one so I could have easily gone either way so its not as drastic an action as you think :V

I caught Latias at 22% last night!

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm gonna be able to get her Mega item. I have no way to buy Hearts or Jewels, and it takes two and a half hours to regenerate the five default hearts.

Just some nickpicky fact checking and opinion writing stuff, but I noticed that in the article, it says he stopped upon receiving notice of the lawsuit, not before as you said. As also according to the article, PC apparently does cease and desist quite frequently, so perhaps PC has decided that enough is enough and is dishing out heavier punishments to deter more infringement from people. And it just so happens that this poor chap is the first (that we're hearing of) because it was his bad luck to be the first.

It's also a trade in B2W2, and it's an event encounter in ORAS.

The annoying thing about the latter, though (besides getting to it), is that it has Memento.

And it will use it with no regrets.

That seems somewhat nonsensical, for a Pokémon formed out of 108 spirits that apparently did something so bad that it had to be bound to a specific stone to be found in the wild.

Granted, it can be found in Eggs, but Eggs... Eggs are just weird.
