Also got 7. The colors they used seemed different from some of the Pokémon they went with, especially Pikachu, which looked a lot closer to Magmar's colors.

...To me anyway.

I've gotta say, Perfect Zygarde looked cooler in silhouette. Still looks pretty neat though.

Also, one more reason to think we're getting Pokémon Z now, given the anime title. But they could still spring a surprise on us.

If Pokemon GO is supposed to somehow connect with the other Gen VI games, it's more likely we'll get a Z. Sorry, Pokemon LightningYellow hopefuls.

We could get maybe ZX and ZY or something.

I fail to see how Pokémon GO would have an affect on the creation of main series titles.

On that note, I also fail to see why people keep expecting Kanto re-remakes. :V

Prior to this announcement, I thought it most likely that we would be getting Kalos sequels, possibly in a new region thanks to that one guy who said things. As of right now I think the sequels (X2 and Y2) and a third version (just Z) are equally likely. Along with the possibility of neither or both of those things happening. What I'm trying to say is, it's kind of a tossup right now. :V

I'm honestly hoping for a non sequel this time so I can just get Z (or whatever it's called) and save money by not having to get X or Y if/when I get a 3DS.

The forms look interesting, though, this seems like something out of Dragon Ball more than Pokémon.

Also, I haven't been keeping up with the anime, but it looks like the guy from the mega evolution specials will be in the new anime series?

Edit: After seeing a close up of Perfect Cell Zygarde, it looks like he has colors from both Xerneas and Yveltal, so looks like there's no multiple versions from "absorbing" one or the other like with Kyurem, so makes me think that we will be getting Z instead of something like X2Y2. Will it be a sequel though is the only question left...

@Cap Some sort of internal data for Pokemon Bank says that it can connect with six games; two of those are X and Y, and two are OR and AS.  That leaves two spots left for two more main-series Gen VI games...but if Pokemon GO can connect with Bank, that only leaves one spot left for a Z.  If it can't...we'll either get some sort of Z pair games, or we'll get Z and a possible Kanto re-remake.

BMGf user Ampharos King explained the forms in an easy-to-understand manner:

- Zygarde from XY is Zygarde 50% Forme
- Dog Zygarde is 10% Forme
- Blob Zygarde is Zygarde Core
- Flat Zygarde is Zygarde Cell
- Big Zygarde is Zygarde Perfect Forme
