It was seen in the new movie trailer coming out of the "O" in the Pokémon logo. But we've only got a crude drawing to go on, so there's not much worth discussing.
There is a more accurate image on Serebii.

Re: Poké Park [v4]
Maybe it is some weird pre evolution of Zygarde.......reminds me of a zygote (which is what Zygarde's name is based off of).

That's interesting. Could have some relation to this (emphasis mine):
Bulbapedia wrote:Zygarde's appearance is based on a serpent in the shape of the letter Z. It may also draw inspiration from both the Níðhöggr and the Jörmungandr. Jörmungandr, often written Jormungand, or Jörmungand and also known as the Midgard Serpent (Old Norse: Midgarðsormr), or World Serpent, is a sea serpent. According to the Prose Edda, Jörmungandr is punished by Odin by tossing it into the great ocean that encircles Midgard. The serpent grew so large that he was able to surround the earth and grasp his own tail. Níðhöggr is the serpent from the Poetic Edda which resided at the bottom of the world tree Yggdrasill and gnawed at its roots. The patterns spread upon Zygarde's body are very similar to and may be based upon ribose and deoxyribose molecules. Its tail is possibly based in shape on base pair codons, the essential building blocks of the DNA double helix.

Re: Poké Park [v4]
I heard a theory on it being how Zygs monitors the environment.
Probably would be to Zygs as Phione is to Manaphy, if related to him at all.

Re: Poké Park [v4]
You like Meganium? That makes me so happy! It's such an underrated Pokémon. I love how unique it is compared to the other starters, which I would argue are all made to look tough or "cool", whereas Meganium has a more healer/support design.

I love Meganium, but when I played Gold/silver/remakes I didn't have the skill to make it past the first gym with chikorita. T_T

Re: Poké Park [v4]
I think Chikorita and Bayleef are cute, but for some reason I don't like Meganium as much. It has a pretty flower thing, though. :B

Re: Poké Park [v4]
Wasn't the Jormungand the one that killed Thor in the final battle? Didn't they like, both kill each other or something?
Also, some speculate that it's the early reveal of a Gen VII pokemon, a la Munchlax and Zorua.
