It really should. I would talk about the anime here but it feels out of place.

I'm pretty sure there was some sort of criteria we used the last time this type of discussion came up, which I do recall happened and it resulted in the moving of the thread.

Eh, if we're speaking from an American POV, the anime pretty much launched the series's popularity. Plus there's a lot of Pokémon multimedia and it plays more of a role than other media does for Galactic Arcade stuff.

Oh yeah, now I remember what made us move that other thread, that thread was solely about the game, but Poke Park is about the anime, the game, the manga, plus the several billion dollar leech industries that primarily exist in japan.
