What bindings? You all need to explain things first!

YOU need to READ first. If you actually read what was happening and followed links to learn about stuff that would otherwise take too long to explain, you would know that I was helping to restrain the General while jokool was doing whatever he was doing.

Some things are also implied, so you need to do more than simply scan the post.
