Uh...right now, a Landshark, Imperial, Bushi, Sniper and Arcanist.

Ah, I'm still in the third land. >_> I'm currently using a Landknightshark, Fortress, Dancer, Medic, and Runemaster.

Have you unlocked subclasses yet?

My party is around level 80.

Not yet. :negativeman: Once I do, I dunno who's going to get what, but I'm certain I'm going to sub Arcanist on my Runemaster.

My subs are L/R, I/F, B/L, S/L, and A/M.

Oh, word of advice. If you use a Bushi, don't invest more than two skill points into Blood Surge.

'Cause then the HP cost becomes mega-high for a damage boost that isn't so high in comparison, right?

Bingo!  

With Blood Surge and Vanguard, my Bushi deals about 2000 damage per maxed-out Ice Slash/Fire Strike on an Ice/Fire-weak enemy.  That's just a little less than what my Imperial does with an elemental Drive Skill with three points invested.
