Personally I don't like my punching bags being able to punch back. Plus it's nice to see the physical aftermath of your training sessions.

He's my Persona, so he can't fight back unless I want to.

On the flip side, if Lux somehow manages to get around Null Physical, I get hurt along with Mot. Also the last few times Lux was able to see the physical aftermath of his training sessions he needed a new punching bag.

The thought of indirectly using you as a punching bag is somehow very amusing to me.
