go karting with bowser: the cage has everyone powers' limited and forces them to play by the rules, thus making ridiculously overpowered anti-heroes such as truthseeker able to be beaten. it helps that caprizant forces said people to play by the rules or get banned from using the cage.

a) Go Karting With Bowser is more doing activities you might do with a friend - i.e. go-karting - with your lifelong enemy - i.e. Bowser. You beat people up in the Cage. Nothing friendly about that.
b) Truthseeker being able to be beaten is the most hilarious thing I've read, because in the Cage, TS lost all of once. And that's because I practically forced him to.
c) IIRC, Cap has never forced the rules upon anyone, nor has he banned anyone from using the Cage.

I thought cap did force the rules upon the users of the cage?

I don't remember him outright stopping a fight, but has stepped in when we try to destroy The Cage.
