Oh, yeah, I forgot about that one. That's on sale, too. I've played the demo of The Millennium Girl and I thought it was a really slick RPG with a lot of style and charm, but the thing that keeps me from getting into the series is that the story is so bare-bones. Of course there's a lot of satisfaction that comes out of conquering a good set of game mechanics, but that needs to be meshed with an involving story in order for me to really care about it (and justify spending money on it). That's why I've been so enraptured with Shin Megami Tensei, because those games not only have really good game-play but marvelous story-telling, and it's also why I spent $20 on my first Metal Gear Solid game, because I've played the demo and loved the game-play, and decided that it was worth the plunge because it's hyped up for over ten years now as a shining beacon of story-telling in video games. Etrian Odyssey doesn't give off that vibe to me.

Well Persona Q is like EOU but without a shitty story so u'_'u

I will say that I love the art style of Persona Q, and considering it's an Etrian Odyssey game I'm bound to like the game-play, but that's where it ends for me.

As for why I spent money on Resident Evil when it's very well-known that nobody plays Resident Evil for the story... well, it was FIVE DOLLARS!
