Resolving conflict with things being better than they were before is frankly one of my favorite feelings to experience and is why I never try to see conflict as a negative since it can signal the chance for things to improve.

I'm officially done with high school!

So what will you do now?

I applied to my first job at my local library and it's great because I've been volunteering there for a while and this job is basically what I did when I volunteered. The librarian that supervised me when I was a volunteer and many of the staff there are all rooting for me to get this job and I hope I get it because I loved volunteering there.

Now I just have to wait...unfortunately since this is a government job, it will take forever to process the paperwork....nnnn...
