if I'm not mistaken (which I probably am) then pyramid head is gender neutral.

So now there's a fly/insect-thing enemy that's immune to Wind damage and is normally affected by Quake.

There's nothing really justifying it being immune to wind. Hell, it's semi-ish small, so a wind spell could probably knock it down.
