So why are you so excited about this? I ask because I've been thinking about getting a PS Vita, and if I get a PS Vita I might think about getting a Danganronpa game because peer pressure. It reminds me a bit of Zero Escape from what I can tell, and I know you like 999 so is that it?

Ever since I got hooked into the series, I've been wanting to play the games for myself, but I didn't want to invest in a Vita since....it sucks and doesn't have much on it, so I've pretty much had to live with just making do with the LPs and anime.

So yeah, hearing that it's on Steam definitely makes me overjoyed.

In regards to whether or not it's similar to the Zero Escape series, I'd say there is a few similarities (like the visual novel stuff, murder mystery shenanigans, small puzzles/minigames here and there, etc.), but they're also different from each other in other areas. One example is that Danganronpa games have one ending for each of them (thought they had multiple endings when I first started getting into the series), while Zero Escape games have multiple endings.

Either way, I highly recommend both if you're into those kinds of games. But they are rated M for reasons, so NSFB...

DR 3 is in the works, just to let you guys know (moreso Jokool & myself, really...).

According to a post I read elsewhere, the protag is going to be "Super High School Level Pianist" or "Ultimate Pianist" for us USA peeps.

I'll admit, having a pianist for our eyes and ears in DR3 is gonna be interesting.
