I'll do both on alternating days then, perhaps on the same day if I get ambitious. Earthbound will have to wait a bit until my dad has time though.
The window size for the Windows version is much smaller than the Mac (making it much higher quality), so I'll be going through and replacing screenshots before I do an actual update.
EDIT: Aaaaaand now I've changed my mind. I don't really want to replace all those screenshots now for something that's only marginally better. x_x

Just a few things of note before we start off. First, while replaying through on the new computer, I got an extra level up. This makes The Batter at level four. I also got a few items and used a few items while exploring the caves some more to make sure I left no stone unturned. Then I purchased and equipped these items from Zacharie:

Radius Epidermis: Defensive equipment (2) for Add-Ons
Anyway let's begin!

From the smoke mines. But... How... What? But... but that's impossible... Not a single lamp works in there, you... you can't have... Faith guides my steps. F-... Faith? My mission is to purify the mines. But it seems that the phantoms here are particularly numerous. The... The spectres... Where am I? Uh... uh...
Hhh... You're at the plastic administrations of Shachihata, the northern part of zone 1. Our work consists of filling in forms. Afterwards, we wrap them up with string and send them to the courier office. There, they ship the packages, and in return we receive parcels full of plastic. There is a lot of liquid plastic that forms lakes and oceans. There is also solid plastic, used to make various objects. As the first of four elements... It's an important element.
Because without plastic, the world would have no boundaries. People would walk and walk without ever stopping.
But... but... You hunt spectres? Really? Yes. I'm purifying this zone. The... The spectres, I know where they come from... They all come from the postal service. The postal service? That's where we send out the packaged forms. The problem is that... uh... nobody can remember which floor it's found on.
That's right, fucker, you've gotta figure this all out yourself. Shouldn't be too hard though, this place's probably only got about fifty floors---

Some eerie music plays with a clock ticking in the background. This is probably the creepiest music in the game so far for me. (I'll post it later, can't use videos right now.) ANYWAY, don't bother trying to talk to these people, they all say the same basic thing: Form 42960, stamp 81015
Or some other randomized numbers. And don't even try to go up the floors in order to see if any of them say anything worthwhile, because save for a select few floors, the floor number you push in will have no effect on what floor you end up on---it's completely randomized and each floor's layout is exactly the same. For now, let's go to the only other (known) floor number we have---99999, the roof.

And then the next, over by the next set of stairs: Something strange is written on this form... "Second version: They are eight, and they have long beards. They watch what is happening from their high silver spheres."
And before we head up, there's another set of stairs on the other side of the room that lead back down instead of up. Let's check that out.
...It's also worth noting there's no music here until you're engaged in a battle, which is preceded by a very, very jarringly high noise, which makes me jump very high every single fucking time.
ANYWAY,

---simple enough to determine. The music gets louder when you step in front of the correct door. Speaking of the music, it's pretty damn amazing. Probably my favourite track in the game so far. I'll post it later for you guys. Now, to advance, simply take the doors in this order: left, top, right, right, bottom, left, top, top, top, top. Once you reach the third to last "top," if you take the wrong direction it'll place you back in the spot you were at before instead of resetting you.
