MLG 360 NO SCOPE!!!

Mercy has a nerf in the PTR: No longer does her resurrect cooldown reset when you activate her ult (so no rez, ult, rez combo anymore). The ult also no longer reduce the cooldown for rez at all (so 30 seconds). In exchange for all this, the ult now double the range which you can rez players, so at least you don't need to fly right next to someone who just got murdered and risk yourself getting murdered.

There's also been leaks for some of the new Halloween skins:

Add to this the McCree and Reaper skins we saw the other day, and there's at least 5 new skins coming.

So basically they never want us to use rez

In other shooter news, the Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta is out now. Downloaded it this morning on my PS4 to see if I could even play it without PS+ (turns out you can surprisingly).

So I was super hyped for this...before I started playing and realized how much I suck. Game is incredible though, but I just can't seem to play anything with the words "online" and "multiplayer" in them...

There's also the fact that the only true experience I've had with a first/third person shooter like this (not counting Overwatch and Paladins) is the original Battlefront 2 on my PS2, and I never played anything but bots.

Add to that new 2 feels completely different from old 2. They did bring back classes, but each class is nothing like what I used to play. For example: snipers, or "specialists" (as they're called in new 2), have a totally different sniper rifle. Instead of something like you'd see Widowmaker use (bang, headshot, you're dead), which is what the old 2 sniper, or "scout" class, had....it's basically a long range blaster with a scope on it (pewpewpewpewpewpewpewpewpewpew)...

There's also cards you can use to upgrade your character, or change what they do (like ion grenades for thermal detonators), and starting off with a basic character makes me feel like I'm at a slight disadvantage as well.

Heroes are in it as well, but they take a good amount of skill to unlock. You have to earn enough credits by killing, getting kill assists, and doing other things (like not dying), then you can spend those credits to spawn in as a hero class. Thing is...it takes 5,000 credits to do this, and you only get like 100 for kills and stuff. So if you're good, you can unlock them fairly easily. Or you can be like me, playing through the entire match hoping the game doesn't end right when I finally earn enough to unlock one (due to the fact that I never get kills except on rarely good grenade throws)... And from all the time I played earlier, I only got to do this twice, and the first time, I was dashing in right as the game ended....

There's a bunch of other stuff about this that has killed my hype for this game, and any interest in most other (if not all) multiplayer games (I'll still play Overwatch though ). It still looks amazing, and I really would like to be good at it, but I don't see it happening...

Also me and Jo figured out to get on seperate teams in overwatch, so we went and got some harder achievements that require the enemy to do things instead of what the player can do.

Instead of getting achievements I got POTG and everyone was forced to watch this:

(...you have a valid point. Controllers are a lot harder to aim with than a mouse.)

Oh, so that other Tracer just walked up behind me. I thought she went through the teleporter as I placed it. Still hilarious. XD

Can confirm, much slower and less precise.

The funny thing is that the other Tracer walks up- and then she just stops and stands there. I don't know what she was doing but if she had kept moving she probably would have been fine :p
