If one had $20 to spare, how would one pay for this wedding? Is there gift cards you can use for FFXIV, or does it have to be credit card?

You have to use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JSB, American Express, or Discover Card). You can gift it to someone, but I think you need FFXIV for that, for access to the Mog Station.
