Competition Results—(most of) December 2015

Due to an error made last month, December scores started December 7 at 12:00am EST. That means that these results are for the final three weeks of December. To make up for it, we had a big holiday event with a lot of points awarded. :V
Because of the shorter time, this was a bit of a low-scoring month. And users with scores lower than 5 points were not included in their team's final score, per new rules. But anyway, onto the winners!

...Yes, again. Despite their amazing performance in the holiday event, SS came up short. Final score—Rational Sabotage: 45.335; Sinister Sinistrals: 28.93785714. That includes the holiday points.- spreadsheet:
On that note, I think maybe we should shuffle the teams this year. It's clear this system is working too heavily in favor of RS. I think we need a way to permanently keep teams evenly balanced. If anyone has any suggestions for such a system, feel free to speak up!
Also, I think we should change our theme from brain hemispheres this year, just to shake it up, if you guys are interested. :V

Well, since the number of users participating in this are uneven (15), I wouldn't mind dropping out of the competitions altogether if needed. After that, I do think we need to shuffle things up to keep things balanced.

I don't think having one uneven member is very significant, but having a 3 user difference between teams is a bit much.
EDIT: Although, this month effectively has a one member difference due to the new rule stuff. So make of that what you want. :V

I was thinking less about activity balance and more about just plain team member amount balance, but now that I think about it maybe activity balance is better. :V

I think that activity balance is the main factor affecting the current setup.

I'd actually like to have a complete shuffle around with a new theme and a new test, if you guys are interested. We can work out balance from there.

The way badges work, I would simply have to change the links to the image files. Though, keep in mind, senior year, lots of work on my plate and all that. May take awhile to push a redesign out. :V
