It's anime only and is listed as hentai. Unfortunately I'm in the market for manga not anime and also not looking for true hentai either. I did find something else that looks interesting though, Dantalian no Shoka Manga.

4 chapters into this series, enough to realize this manga is more or less about the 21 year old manga artist steadily losing her innocence though having her 17 brother act out ecchi (later borderline hentai) scenes (at her insistence btw) she needs to draw so that she can draw easier. So if you haven't noticed, I've gotten into watching Soul Eater lately (since they have the entire series on Netflix). 5 episodes in so far, and enjoying it very much!

Some of them on her, other times it's just him being tortured, and still other times when he's acting it out, but not on his sister.
