Gardevoir gijinka. It seems like a rather obvious choice.

That's not a problem. No one ever said you had to keep a theme for a certain length of time.

I'm supposed to be doing my lower body to help counter my heart issues (loss of pressure when suddenly standing up), but I'm finding it hard to get motivated do it.

The exercise I do get now (walking to the library and occasionally exploring local trails, 2 or more miles) is basically endurance training and while I did notice improved performance in PE last year, I need strength training.

Alright, I'm back. Couldn't stay away that long...

Quick update: I'm okay. The storms stayed mostly away from us (had to take shelter for a while after one or two tornadic storms came close to us (worst we got was some small hail)).

A town I used to live in got hammered though... They said that a large tornado with 200+ mph winds hit it.... They're showing the damage right now and it's a disaster...

That same storm is still ongoing, but thankfully, it's weakening.

An F5.....

200 is the uppermost limit for F4s and they think it was higher than that....

They said some debris from that storm is falling miles away from where it was.

Earlier, when one of the storms came close to us, I noticed a bunch of leaves falling from the sky.

Freaky how that happens sometimes...
