Speaking of changing usernames, I shall be able to change mine sometime within the next week. I've been considering several options, but I've not decided on anything as of yet.

I'm leaning towards Laïka right now, but I seem to remember some restriction against using non-standard characters in usernames (such as ï). Not sure what to do about that.

I'd say stick with Cap, but it's up to you. You could also try Archaic-Sempi (or whatever you had Cap autocorrected to).

What's the error? If its a java exception, just restart the computer

Or try downloading the latest version of Java.

Or, well, just not get back on at all.

There are two other options if restarting the computer and reinstalling Java don't help, but both hinge heavily on trust.

EDIT: I just remembered that some browsers can disable java and flash. I had an issue with my older computer not running either, until I found the option in Internet Explorer. Are you using a different computer than when you originally started playing?

Hmm... I'm no expert, but it seems that the game's coding is messed up a bit. If I understand it correctly, the program's driver (the file that is actually run) is searching for a class (the best I can describe that is sub-program that is needed by the driver to run Supremacy) that doesn't exist, possibly having been renamed without updating the driver.

I'm not sure how you would fix that, but I think I know how to test if it's really your computer or not: give me your log on (after changing your password to something simpler than what you already use) and I'll try to run Supremacy on my computer. If it runs, then chances are that it's an issue with your computer, possibly java itself or the computer or internet settings. If it doesn't work, the problem lies with the game and we go Supremacy's forum for help. Actually, while I wait for you to reply, I'll go ahead and post in the Help Chat.
