Tachikaze is a clan from the Dragon Empire. They mostly use Robot Dragons and cave man. They are likely named after a Japanese battle ship. They work by sacrificing Rearguards to gain effects. Some of the effects are giving them massive boost in power and criticals.

Well Dinosaurs and dragons are both Lizard like. Maybe that's why they're in the Dragon empire.
