- my commentary on this medley:
1) Begins with one of the best songs in the Zelda universe. If I ever owned a shop, I would play this non-stop...and, while thinking this, I realized how much this piece, especially this arrangement, sounds like elevator music...hmm.
2) @1:06-1:13 for some reason, this reminds me of France. :I
3) 1:37 The Jazz is wonderful. And 2:17 with the Hyrule Field theme at 2:18 was masterfully arranged.
4) Great transitions all around.
5) 2:52 Ah...somehow nostalgic. Then I realize Twilight Princess came out in 2007, so it's perfectly acceptable for me to have nostalgia over it...
6) 3:49 THOSE CRASH CYMBALS! XD I'm a sucker for little percussion details (I'm a percussionist, after all!) so those were fabulous.
7) 4:29 The piece could have ended there. Sometimes I forget that it continues to more greatness.
8) 5:23 That was a perfect accelerando for the piece. Ah, the memories of that mini-game...grrrr...
Overall, a fabulous interpretation of the Twilight Princess experience, right thar folks.
