So after a reverse image search of Lux's latest pic post, I found out that she's from Touhou: Momiji Inubashiri.

She's apparently a minor character, making only a couple of small appearances, and she doesn't have an official theme, but this plays during an encounter with her:

I noticed that Skullgirls DLC is on sale again for $.99, and I've almost got enough to get Big Band (the last DLC character I'm missing), so I'm going through all my games and seeing if I can get any more Steam Cards to sell before the sale ends. I think I can still get a few more in Bioshock Infinite, so I'm playing that right now. After a few minutes, I'm treated to this familiar tune:
