Okay so for some reason the Customer Service and the CS Archives aren't being marked as read. I tried hitting the mark all as read button in both places but no luck. Any ideas how to fix it?

Just an acknowledgement, the background of profile pages seems to be messed up by the recent changes to the forum CSS. I'm not sure what to do about it yet but I will get to it at some point.

I'm not sure how possible this is but maybe bump down the tabs below the cutoff?

Idk, I think it would look cool/niceish.

That's probably possible, I'll look into it. It does look pretty nice as long as we can tweak it a bit.

So I happened to be looking through the admin panel for the first time in a long time and discovered we apparently don't have a name for our home page or a description for it. Apparently having both will help us get a good SEO, whatever that is. And both boxes are highlighted in red so I'm guessing that's important?

EDIT: Huh, apparently we allow Guests to vote too. *changes that*

SEO just basically means we come up on Google more often depending on how many keywords it picks up in our metadata.

Also, I don't think allowing guests to vote is necessarily a bad thing, which is why I didn't bother changing it. Up to y'all, though.

On the one hand having to be a user to vote could be a good thing, as it could act as instinctive to become a user, however it could drive away some guests who like not being a user.

I assume so. We have a pretty consistent amount of guests throughout most points of the day, and I can't imagine all those people are just finding the forum now.

Well the major web browsers do frequently have bots camping out here.

Still why would you just keep coming here as a guest, does this make us like a TV show afterall :O

Okay, I've run into a problem with the announcements. The CSS for the new forum theme altered their appearance somehow, so they look like this:

I don't really have the time to fix this right now unfortunately. College has been sapping most of my energy that I could otherwise be using here. Just wanted to acknowledge that the problem's there and when I have time I'll try to fix it.

*sigh* Someone broke something somewhere. My avatar, along with a bunch of user specific links (i.e. profile, private messages), is now being displayed at the very top of the page in an untidy mess.
