Going how he said "the" Phoenix in the first post, I'm pretty sure he meant the bird. Otherwise he would've flat out said "Phoenix Wright", or not include an article.

Originally it was a generic phoenix since in the original post I didn't mention Pheonix Wright and the pun was just the explaination in case anybody asked

So it seems that our Mascot is either going to be Phoenix (The City) or the Phoenix (The Mythical Bird).

As for Team Name, we presently have "Valley of the Sun" and "Sinister Sinistrals" as the suggested items.
