General Chat! [v7]

Salvation this morning, believe it or not, came in the form of a school bus from Prince William County. It just conveniently happened to have a sticker on the front right quarter displaying the id number of a VEX team from there. I was getting badly lost on my way to a Robotics Competition and when I saw that bus turn down a side street, we followed it all the way to where we needed to go on a hunch. We may have gotten lost for another hour had it not been that bus.

*is slowly getting the hang of driving my uncle's sports car*

So what is everyone's plans for tonight? I'm taking my younger two siblings trick-or-treating. My costume is simple, just plain old street clothes and my Nerf Recon CS-6 slung over my shoulder in rifle form. I'm not collecting candy though, I'll collect some candy from my siblings afterwards as a fee.

my city has it one day early because of an urban legend from the 90's. meaning it was yesterday.

I'm just going to say right now that's just plain silly.  (Being an urban legend implies it isn't true.)

Anyway, I might be handing out candy, though I don't really have any costume to wear. I was planning to dress up sort of like a Yasogami High student (from Persona 4), but that plan sort of fell through.

I know it's silly. but the city council heard the rumors back then and decided to call it "beggars night" which my mom says shouldn't exist.

I dressed up in part of my older sister's Attack on Titan cosplay. I got tons of candy. Yum.

I spent the night playing Persona 4 since I got a new tv for my room. We never get trick or treaters out where we live, so all the candy my uncle bought is now mine!

During the day, my family and I did some shopping and other stuff. Just about everywhere we went, there were people dressed up. So many cool costumes!

I had on some skeleton hand gloves and later bought a skull mask just for the hell of it. I might post a pic of me wearing them later.

I wasn't going to do anything, because I have no stamina and there are a lot of hills in my neighborhood. But my mom invited one of my friends over so we went out for a quick run. Got blisters and fell asleep around 9ish :p

I've already eaten most of my tax candy. I've only got a Crunch, a Twix, and a Hershey's bar, all the little versions, left.

Question for you guys: What is your favorite candy?

I love Laffy Taffy and Milky Ways (especially the Simply Caramel Milky Ways ). M&Ms are good too, along with anything dark chocolate. Tootsie Rolls can also be quite addicting for me when they're around.
