Why not use rpgmaker that way we have the main engine good to go and Ruby is relatively easy to learn

So I decided to pop back at bulbagarden for a bit to see how the place is doing and....
It felt so wrong, like I didn't belong. The feeling was like leaving a small town for a while then returning to a city. My body shook, and I felt like vomiting/breaking into tears. My entire body wanted to just run, but I made my self look through some of the threads and slowly I regained my composure and I began to feel comfortable but it wasn't until I closed the tab that I felt normal again....
last time I had that feeling was when I listened to lavander town's theme piano in the dark 0.0

Assuming we're using RPG Maker (see Lux's post), it'll probably be a turn based RPG. By default, RPG Maker VX Ace has an Active Party Limit [APL] of four, with an unconfirmed limit of other party members. The "speaks entirely in lowercase" was mostly in jest, and is not actually in the notes section of my RPG Maker folder I drew those from.
