I FINALLY beat "the perfect run" of the big finale galaxy in mario galaxy 2...

that means beating the hardest galaxy in the game with ONE hit point for the ENTIRE thing.

Joshua got two criticals in a row with a 6% crit chance.

Kellam got a critical hit with a 1% crit chance and ended the life of a trickster with 5,000 gold.

Mopping the floor with the Climax of White 2 with my favorite Pokémon so hard that it's just not fair.

There's this guy in my Algebra II class.
He is always comparing test scores with everybody because he wants to be "smart". He is obnoxious and always wants everyone to know he is "good" at math.

These guys came to play at my school a couple weeks ago. They're so awesome live :D I got to meet the band beforehand and helped them set up...they played this song, Number 1, and a nameless, unreleased song.

Getting confirmation that I'm smarter than many high schoolers not once, but twice today.

First was because my friend couldn't figure out why tobacco companies won't stop selling their "deadly" products and sell something healthier instead and was eventually forced to admit that my knowledge of economic matters such as this far surpassed his.

Second was that I was one of three people to realize we had a substitute bus this afternoon. More impressive, I realized out within a minute of stepping outside and was one of two who noticed quickly, boarding just after the first person with the third showing up just before the buses started departing.

The latter also demonstrates how much perceptive I can be, first noticing the fact our bus driver's car wasn't there and almost immediately seeing our usual bus sitting parked nearby (615 is based at my high school so usually the first tip off is seeing it parked in a corner of the so-called lower lot).

Funny enough, the substitute bus was the same one I rode in the eight grade when it was brand new with just 300 miles mostly from the trip up from North Carolina.

Not today but last week, there was a huge debate in my class about whether a person's life is decided by their parents/upbringing or their choices. Five people were debating against me and I kept on providing evidence and points that trumped theirs. Although it felt good to win an argument (against 5 people no less), it was rather saddening to me that 4 of the 5 high schoolers weren't prepared for any counterclaims against their point and seemed to simply believe what they believe because it was told to them first. 


I'm reading The One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. That in itself is awesome.  

I don't care how lame that last sentence sounded to those who don't read.
