I understand why DST needs to be a thing, but why the hell can't we just stay in DST all year round? Honestly it would make things a lot easier.

Are people actually stupid enough to be upset that an American adaptation of Ghost in the Shell is hiring Scarlett Johansson to play Major Kusanagi? Why in the ever-loving flying mother of fuck does it matter when she's a robot?! Are these Japanophile weeaboos so dense that they're convinced Americans (like them) are too dumb to make a decent adaptation of Ghost in the Shell, and the movie is automatically ruined because Major Kusanagi - whom, I repeat, is a fucking robot - doesn't have a Japanese face?
