"Hm...yes! Dragon, use your fire breath again!" the Dragonlord commanded. The dragon breathed fire once again.

Chaos grinned as the flames engulfed her.  "He wants to play, huh?"  Six razor-sharp wings of a significantly different shape than before popped out of Chaos' back.  "Then I'll play~" The flames clung to her and turned dark gray. She then took off towards the Dragonlord at Mach 21.

Lux let out a small yelp as the explosion knocked him onto the ground and he tried to regain his balance. Once the egg was back up, the small crack had become slightly larger as black smoke began to come out of it. "Ow...You meanie!"

"Um, Lux? Your shell..." Lief motioned towards the blue smoke.

"Gah? Is that...Chaos?!"

Arcturus took cover inside a nearby building. Standing out in the open would only get him killed.

Chaos' charge came to a sudden halt. How did this stranger know her name?

"Hm...betrayed us, haven't you?" the Dragonlord muttered. "Despicable little...hm. You are now on the side of the enemy...so I must destroy you." The Dragonlord raised his staff. "FIREBANE!" He then pointed the staff towards Chaos, and a large fireball shot out at her.

The smoke that was coming out from Lux's egg began to take the shape of a claw which quickly flew towards the Dragonlord, ready to slash. "Hey, that boom hurt!"

"What are you talking about, mister?"  Chaos' wings extended as the fireball hit and curled together, forming a massive cannon.  An even larger fireball was fired from said cannon.

The Dragonlord was knocked back from the fireball, but otherwise wasn't too hurt. "Mister...? Fool! I am the Dragonlord! Which you should know! What, did you forget everything, you imbecile?"

Chaos shrugged as her wings pulled apart and shrank back down. "That's what everyone says."

Meanwhile back on the ground, Andrew has finished his incantion and stands up before using Yuki like a spring board to catapult himself into the air. "Bakudō #9, Hōrin!" A rope of yellow energy erupts from the fingers on Andrew's left hand, ensnaring the Dragonlord. Andrew pulled hard on the rope to pull the Dragonlord off the dragon, intending to deliver a powerful blow by flinging the Dragonlord into the ground.

The Dragonlord sighed. "You truly are a colossal idiot." Before he could do anything else, Lux's claw-thing hit him. "Not too sha-" He was then cut off by Andrew's spell grabbing him and dragging him towards the ground, where he landed with a ungraceful thud.

Yuki quickly takes the Dragonlord's staff and retreats, recalling that Andrew once told her that many people who use magic are powerless without a median, such as a wand or a staff.

"Hmhmhm...ah, yes...you took my staff...whatever shall I do..." the Dragonlord mused. "FIREBANE!" The Dragonlord elongated his hand towards Yuki, and a large fireball shot out towards her, then went to the rest of the group. "Mere wizards may need a silly wand, but I am not one! I am the Dragonlord, sage and ruler of dragons! ...as you should know."
