Admin Drive!

So you want to be an admin? Great! All you've gotta do is message me privately about it with this form filled out:

Why do you want to be an admin?

As an admin, what would you bring to the Pit Stop?

A user is harassing another user, and the argument gets very heated, to the point of disrupting the general community. What do you do?

What are some ways we can increase activity and user enjoyment?

If your answers are good enough, I will put you through a small trial to test your capabilities and get you a fair idea of how the admin panel works.

Only the person/people chosen will know when they start the test and who they are. You may not discuss your answers to the form in this thread or anywhere else until after the selection has been made and announced. Details about the trial will not be disclosed to anyone but the selected user, and they may not disclose any information about it afterwards either. A selection will not be made until I have built the trial up and completed it myself. Keep in mind if you are not a mod already this will also add the additional mod duties of maintaining threads and such.

Any questions you have (including clarifying anything on the form as long as you don't give away your answers) can be asked here. Good luck everybody!

Is it possible for an Admin to create bans of different lengths or is it just a permaban that can't be revoked?

That is possible, but banning should only be used in extreme situations.

EDIT: Felt the need to clarify a bit, "extreme situations" would generally mean threatening other members or something similar. Spambots, however, should be completely deleted on sight.

...Considering I duck and cover if a stressful situation arises, I doubt I can be an admin after all. ;3;

Nah, there isn't really ever much to stress about around here to be honest, you guys discipline yourselves well. xP

I want to try that, but inactivity solves it all >.<
