I've thought of that theory before, but I can't really support it in any other way. The literally is no evidence. Especially given that head and arm sizes are part of an artist's style...?
Now, the Spender and Isaac stuff I have definitely seen, and I've even done it myself! I can also read the demonic speak that Forge uses. 'v' Some really interesting stuff, yes yes.

Though tbh I can't really see how the arm confirms anything. Max's Mom's arm looks sort of...muscular...compared to BL's.
There's also the shoulders (MM's seem more curved, while BL's are pointy).
