sorry for taking so long, the maps i'm using for this area uses multiple layers so I can't post from phone or computer without paint.net installed. I really, really, really want to show you what i have planned in here Evil Laughter

How do you plan to upload them then?

I know GIMP will merge visible layers into a final product for you and you can then keep the original file.

i have two versions, one for me with all the details on one layer, a few layers of white, a layer with character positions, a layer off all gray, where i erase as they explore. The other copy is a png flattened with the trap/enemy layer removed. I upload the png version(though I might have to have a third version for erin/zena cause they can see farther than lief/david)

actually the kobolds were waiting for all four of you to be there before activating the trap but David's shout made them realize it was now or never and launched the attack though the light hitting them would have triggered combat as well :T

also finding the trap was based on intelligence and I was most worried about erin finding it xP

So the answer is "yes, we would have fought the kobolds anyways, David just saved our hides and let us not die horribly, go David!".
