Mmmm no. You need at least 9 eyes to activate the portal, and you'll want some extra pearls incase yours break on the way there.

Who said we had to open the portal when we found the place? Besides, we'll need a lot more than 40 blocks of TNT if we aim to blast the Ender Dragon out of the sky.
