My little cousins love Beyblade. They talk about getting all of the gear and all of the ultra hyper upgrade metal ultra upgrades, but I don't get it. They're tops. It's all luck. At least until you tilt the table

I believe there's some physics that the top parts change, which is what prevents them from being just tops.

But yeah, luck's definitely a part.

Marbles never caught on. Silly Bandz were the big craze in my school, though. Bakugan was one, but it seemed like I was the only person who actually bought the battle arenas and learned the rules. :(

Ah, Bakugan. That takes me back.

I think me and my friends sort of learned the rules, but modified them to incorporate TV show rules and/or we didn't actually have a battle arena because that cost more $$$ than we had.

...I will admit I hate Bakugan now.

I remember Silly Bandz from Middle School. Thought they were incredibly stupid and a waste of money.

I think I moved around too often to see what was hip in elementary school. And high school is just a blurb of everything.
