The Great Bay temple is a bit mean, huh? I finally got through it, but the stupid boss keeps killing me, even with 2 or 3 fairies. (I can't remember how many bottles I have...)

Some people say the Great Bay Temple is worst than the Water Temple in OoT. I've never done the Water Temple (I freaking hate the Forest Temple...for no good reason!) so I can't provide any personal input on that subject.
