The plot (or lack of, because the characters weren't really good at getting anything done) was fine, the characters were fine, the art style was nice, and I got some good laughs out of it. There is also fanservice on plenty of the characters (more like every character) the guy you posted pictures of is the butt of it all, mainly because half of the cast tells him he's a women (he also has a twin sister which doesn't help). By the end of the series he's culturally accepted as his own gender (getting his own bathrooms). And to note most of the character should have died from loss of blood via nose bleed. The nose bleeds are actually kind of intense.

It's 100% random. But it's kind of a weeaboo anime, complete with a miku cameo.

Apparently. Something about my hair being think.

Though honestly 12 inches of my hair right now would be to short for me (My hair would be left around my ears). I usually get my hair cut to my shoulders (which I think would take maybe 4 or 5 inches off of my hair right now)

You get used to it.

I would, but I would prefer to having my hair not that short.
